Demonstration site. Northline Heating & Cooling is a fictional business created by MareCraftAI to show how a trade website and its AI assistant work together. No company, person, price or service described here is real.

What we work on

Repair, replacement and seasonal maintenance on residential heating and cooling equipment. If it moves air through your house, it is probably ours.

Furnace repair and replacement

Diagnosis on the first visit wherever the part allows it. When a furnace is past worth repairing we will tell you that plainly, and we will not quote a replacement on the same visit unless you ask us to.

Air conditioning

Service, repair and installation on central air. Booked ahead in spring, same week in summer wherever we can manage it.

Maintenance plans

A scheduled visit before each season, with priority booking when something does go wrong. The point is fewer emergencies, not more paperwork.

Water heaters and air quality

Tank and tankless water heaters, humidifiers, and filtration fitted to the duct work you already have.

Ductwork and airflow

Rooms that never warm up are usually an airflow problem rather than a furnace problem. We check that before quoting anything larger.

How we work

Straight answers

You get told what is wrong, what it takes to fix, and what happens if you leave it. If the honest answer is that it can wait until spring, that is the answer you get.

One visit where possible

The van carries the parts that fail most often, so a common failure is usually fixed the same day rather than booked for a second trip.

No pressure to replace

A repair that buys another five years is a repair worth doing. We quote replacement when replacement is the cheaper answer over time, and we show the arithmetic.

Where we go

Homes in London and the surrounding communities. If you are just outside this list, call and ask.

Furnace out tonight?

No-heat calls come first, evenings and weekends included. Use the after-hours line rather than the contact form so it reaches someone straight away.

Questions at 11pm

The assistant at the bottom of this page answers from what is written on this site: what we service, how booking works, what a maintenance plan covers, and when to treat a problem as urgent. Ask it anything you would ask on the phone.
