Terms of service
These terms are in effect and under legal review. If the review changes anything, we will post the revised terms here with the date they took effect.
What we provide
MareCraftAI configures and operates automation services on infrastructure we control. Setup work is quoted and paid once. The subscription covers the agreed workflows, hosting and ongoing adjustment, with usage allowances and extra charges set out in the quote. Monthly billing and any annual prepayment are agreed in writing before payment.
What you are responsible for
You are responsible for the accuracy of the material you give us to work from, for holding the necessary consent to contact your own customers, and for reviewing automated output where your professional obligations require it.
Automated output
AI systems can be wrong. Our automation is built with fallbacks to a human wherever it matters, but it is a tool and not a substitute for professional judgement. We do not warrant that automated output is error-free.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation at any time. Monthly plans require one month’s notice; completed setup work is not refundable. Any annual prepayment, cancellation and refund arrangements must be agreed in writing before annual billing begins. On cancellation we will export your data to you on request and then delete it.
