What you can book, and roughly how long to set aside. If you are not sure which one you need, ask and the front desk will sort it out.

Time is held each day for problems that cannot wait. Call in the morning if you can, and describe what is happening rather than what you think it is.
Longer than a regular appointment, because it includes your history and a full assessment.
Booked earlier in the day where possible, and families can usually be seen back to back.
Scheduled before you leave, so the next one is already in the book rather than on a list to call about.
Your forms arrive by email or text and are completed on your phone. If anything has changed since last time, that is where to update it.
There is no clipboard waiting for you. The front desk confirms your details and you are shown through.
You are told what is happening as it happens, and what the options are before anything is decided. Questions are welcome at any point.
Anything recommended is written down with what it involves and what it will cost, so you can take it away and think about it.
A reminder arrives ahead of your next appointment, by text or email, whichever you chose. You can reschedule by replying to it.
Most dental offices run late because the schedule assumes every appointment takes exactly as long as booked. Ours does not. There is slack built into each day, which is also what makes room for urgent appointments without pushing everyone else back.
When we do fall behind, the front desk calls before you leave home rather than after you have been sitting in the waiting room for twenty minutes.
The assistant at the bottom of this page answers from what is written on this site: hours, how booking works, what to bring to a first visit, how reminders work, and how your information is handled. It is not a substitute for speaking to the office, and it does not give dental advice.
