What does setup cover?
Your business configuration, approved content, templates, calendar or website connection, and testing before launch. Ongoing tuning and operation are covered by the subscription.
What is included in Complete?
Never Miss a Lead, Fill the Calendar, and review requests in one plan. Voice overflow, invoice reminders, the internal assistant, and website builds are separate.
Are calls and messages unlimited?
No. Voice plans include a set number of minutes. SMS, email and AI allowances are scoped in your quote so the costs match how your business uses the service.
Can I change or cancel a monthly plan?
Yes, with one month’s notice. Setup work already completed is not refundable. We agree the scope of any plan change before making it.
Do you replace my CRM or accounting software?
No. We connect the agreed workflow to your existing tools. Invoice reminders currently use imported invoice data; a live accounting integration is not included.
